Have you run into any problems when working on a video conference? How will you prepare for it ? Some of company needs to book a meeting room, make copies, prepare a laptop and inform the people involved . In fact my company have own meeting room , it is a large room , we don't book a meeting room and don't prepare a laptop , because everyone have own laptop what we can offer our employee.
