    Companies get people’s contacts information from somewhere
    These contacts called “leads “
    Warm leads: A person has given some information to the company.
    Cold leads: The company just got the phone number from somewhere else, and the person doesn’t know who you are, or why you’re calling.

    一、Introduction:
    1. Greetings
    2. Ask for person (you’re trying to speak to)
    3. Your name
    4. Company ‘name
    5. Purpose of call

    二、Ask for time
    Is this a good time to call?
    Do you have a few minutes to talk?

    三、Sales pitch
    A salesperson's sales pitch is what they say in order to persuade someone to buy something from them.

    四、Close:
    For example:
    Can I sign you up for this credit card?

    五、Objections & handle objections

    六、Close again
