每年的10月31日，都是西方的传统节日——万圣节前夕（很像中国的除夕哟）。
这个节日源自古代凯尔特民族（Celtic）的新年节庆，此时也是祭祀亡魂的时刻，在避免恶灵干扰的同时，也以食物祭拜祖灵以祈平安渡过严冬。
Nowadays，The Halloween eve is a time when people putting up ghosty masks and costumes to scare away the evil spirits, kids would knock on the doors and ask for "trick or treat". 
而现在的万圣节已经变得非常欢乐，所有小朋友们都会穿上各式各样的搞怪服饰，戴上面具，挨家挨户收集糖果。

新版的《午夜凶铃3》，故事设定在《美版午夜凶铃2》结尾的13年后。

As one of the low-budget horror movies, Lights Out definitely stands out as a remarkable one. Fear of darkness is something that many people had as kids, and the movie plays brilliantly to that.
